A two-vehicle crash at the intersection in Falls Township on Saturday afternoon resulted in one fatality and left another person injured, according to township police.

The incident occurred around 2:50 p.m. at the intersection of of Pine Grove Road and West Trenton Avenue.
A three-wheeled Polaris Slingshot motorcycle, driven by a 50-year-old Morrisville Borough man, collided with a Volvo SUV, police said.
The Volvo SUV was being driven by a 72-year-old Lower Makefield Township woman, who was making a left turn onto Pine Grove Road at the time of the accident, police said.

The man driving of the Slingshot sustained critical injuries and was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton. He later succumbed to his injuries, police said.
The female SUV driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown Township.
Authorities have stated that neither alcohol, drugs, nor a medical emergency appear to be contributing factors in the crash.

The Falls Township Police Department continued to investigate the crash, police said on Sunday.
The intersection where the crash happened was blocked for several hours on Saturday as police investigated.
