Bristol Borough police on Wednesday stopped a naked man who was riding through the borough on a scooter.

The man was spotted in the afternoon hours without clothes, both walking and on a scooter, according to a witness and social media posts.
After a short time of cruising the streets, Bristol Borough police stopped the man.
Officers took the man into custody at the corner of Garden and Beaver streets, according to a reader who witnessed part of the incident.

A photo circulated on social media that showed an officer with a Taser standing over the man.
Police did not release more information on the man, or if he was taken in for a mental health evaluation.
