The Langhorne Council for the Arts hosts its 3rd Annual Langhorne Porch Fest from noon to 5 p.m. in the borough. A rain date was set for Sunday.

Spanning across West Maple and West Richardson avenues from South Bellevue to Hill avenues, attendees can tour the town as part of the festivities.

Organizers said there will be more than a dozen musical acts that are set to perform on some of the town’s most picturesque porches.

This year’s fest promises to be the most substantial yet, the Langhorne Council for the Arts said.

A notable addition is the “Rising Stars” stage at the Richardson House, offering a platform for budding talent to captivate audiences.

Festival-goers can end their hunger with dishes available at several local favorites. The American Legion Post, Langhorne Coffee House, and the Langhorne Hotel will be dishing out culinary delights. For those looking for a cold treat, Goodnoe’s Ice Cream truck will be in attendance.

Families can expect more than just great tunes. A portion of Hill Avenue will be blocked off to create a safe haven for adults to dance, while kids can let loose, play, and unleash their artistic side with sidewalk chalk.

This day-long musical and culinary extravaganza is free and designed to be family-friendly.
