Pennsylvania State Police, whose Lower Bucks County station is less than a mile from the PennDOT center in Neshaminy Boulevard, were dispatched just after noon to the center for a report of person following the no recording rule.
Troopers said the woman – identified only as a 45-year-old woman from Perkasie – was recording the interior of the center, which prohibits recording. The woman also allegedly refused to stop or leave the center.
While government facilities are open to the public and recording is often permitted, driver’s license center have restrictions on them. The center handles personal information, like Social Security numbers.
