Power Problem Leads To Water Disruption

Some customers of the Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority reported having service disrupted Memorial Day morning.

The service interruption occurred across a number of Levittown sections. Homes received limited or no water pressure, according to reader reports.

The issue was reported to be linked to a power problem.

“The water plant is back up and pressure has been fully restored. We appreciate your patience and hope your enjoy the holiday and honor our heroes,” the Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority said in a statement.

The Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority serves roughly 23,000 customers between Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown Township, and Tullytown Borough.
