DUI
An officer driving on Lincoln Highway observed a vehicle weaving within its lane of travel and weaving over the center white lines between the two travel lanes. The vehicle was stopped and the officer spoke to the driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 60-year-old man. While speaking with the man, the officer was able to detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The man was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to perform. The man was arrested for suspected DUI and will be sent a summons to appear in court.ย

DUI
An officer in the area of LeGrande Avenue and Lincoln Highway observed a vehicle exit LeGrande Avenue going in the wrongย direction. There are multiple ‘one way’ย and ‘do not enter’ย signs posted on LeGrande Avenue. The officer then stopped theย vehicle and made contact with the driver, and sole occupant, a 42-year-old man. He was identified with his Kansas driver’sย license. While speaking to the man, the officer was able to detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The man was asked to participateย in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to complete. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and will be sent a summons to appear in court.ย

DUI
An officer conducting a DUI detail observed a vehicle make a turn on red at theย intersection of Lincoln Highway and Bellevue Avenue. There are postedย signs indicating that traffic on Bellevue Avenue cannot turn on red. Theย officer stopped theย vehicle and spoke with the driver, a 26-year-old man. Whileย the officer spoke with the man, he observed indicators that the man could be under the influence of illegal substances. The man was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to complete. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and will be sent a summons to appear in court.ย

An officer conducting a DUI detail stopped a vehicle with heavily tinted windows. While speaking with the driver, a 42-year-old woman, the officer observed indicators that that the woman could be under the influence of illegal substances. The owman was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises which she was unable to complete, indicating that she was unable to safely operate her vehicle. The woman was arrested for suspicion of DUI and charges areย pending the outcome of lab testing.ย

Arrest
A known subject who had warrant was spotted in the Mill Creek Apartment complex. The suspect, a 36-year-old man, was detained as the warrant was confirmed. Bucks County police dispatch confirmed that warrant was in fact valid from Delaware County Sheriff’s Office. During a search incident to his arrest, it wasย discovered that the man was concealing on his person a loaded 9mm handgun magazine and a white powdery substance consistent with methamphetamine. The man was arrested on the active Delaware County warrant and he will be sent a summons to appear in court pending the outcome of lab testing.ย
