A winter storm system could bring a slight amount of accumulating snow to Lower Bucks County Wednesday.

The storm is expected to bring some snow Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon and early evening. It will also bring rain, according to the National Weather Service.
Lower Bucks County could see between a coating to a half inch of snow. Upper Bucks County could see 1 to 2 inches, and other parts of Pennsylvania will be hit with up to 6 inches, a forecast map showed.
On Wednesday when it is not snowing, the area is forecasted to have 1 inch to 1.5 inches of rain.

“Minor flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas is possible,” forecasters said in a Tuesday evening briefing package.
The storm will bring southeast winds of 25 mph to 35 mph Wednesday, with gusts of up to 30 to 40 mph possible Wednesday night, according to forecasters.

The National Weather Service is calling for strong westerly winds Thursday. Gusts of 35 mph to 40 mph will be possible.
The Levittown area has not seen an accumulating snow this winter season.
