Police were called to the Burger King on West Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section of Falls Township around 9:30 p.m. for a shooting call. Responding officers and detectives at the scene were working to determine whether a regular gun or a pellet gun was used.

Chief of Police Nelson Whitney confirmed Thursday that the incident stemmed from BBs fired from a pellet gun.
