David Holland, who turned 30 last week, was being held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to New Jersey, according to court records.
Around 2:30 a.m. Friday, Sgt. Ray Fanelli ran a temporary registration plate on a car he spotted. It turned out the car was being driven by Holland. At that time, the lawman learned of the homicide warrant filed by authorities in Trenton, police said.
Falls Township officers then set up surveillance on the vehicle driven by Holland, police said.
