A Fairless Hills woman was arrested after two incidents that caused thousands of dollars in damage, according to police.

On Monday, November 28, Falls Township police were dispatched around 8:15 a.m. to Turnhill Lane in the Levittown section of the township for a report of a possible fight outside of a home. The dispatcher advised officers had been out in the same area earlier in the day for a woman damaging a house and car windows, according to court papers.
A responding officer arrived and spotted two men running down the street toward his vehicle. He then spotted a woman – later identified as Megan Lynn Loyer, 38 – attempting to flee the area on a bicycle, police said.
Loyer was told to stop and eventually did, police said.

Loyer was detained as officers sorted out what happened, police said.
One of the men relayed to officers that he heard glass breaking and ran outside to see what was happening. He went outside and spotted Loyer and three back windows smashed out, police said.

The two men, who were relatives of and estranged from Loyer, sprung into action and attempted to hold her until officers arrived, police said.
During the attempt to keep Loyer at the scene, she allegedly pulled a folding pocket knife out, police said.
Loyer was a resident of the home several years back, police said.

Loyer was involved in the earlier police call to the neighborhood.
In that earlier incident, Loyer broke out windows and fled on a bicycle, police said.

Between the two incidents, police reported there was $5,200 damage at the property.
A pair of scissor blades with no handle and a sledgehammer were recovered near the scene, police said.

Loyer stated while being transported back to the Falls Township police station that she would smash the windows once they are fixed, police said.
A female officer from Middletown Township police was called in and conducted a search of Loyer, recovering several pieces of broken glass in Loyer’s boots, police said.

Loyer was charged with criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, harassment, simple assault, defiant trespassing, and criminal trespassing. She was preliminarily arraigned by on-call District Judge Daniel Baranoski and bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000, which was lowered Tuesday to 10 percent of $5,000.
