PennDOT officials are warning of planned periodic lane closures along Route 13 this week.

The periodic lane closures will occur Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Route 13 in the area of the Levittown Parkway intersection in Tullytown Borough.
The lane closures will take place as PennDOT moves forward with installing signs and delineators along the busy roadway.
The project comes as the repaving work along Levittown Parkway wraps up and minor safety improvements have been rolled out along the roadway in the Levittown area.

PennDOT officials asked drivers to give a little extra time if they get caught in backups.
The sign and delineator work is weather dependent.
