September 19

Assault

A 39-year-old homeless man was arrested along Route 13 at 9:41 p.m. on charges of Terroristic Threats, Possession Of A Weapon, Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $60,000.

Arrest

A 41-year-old Bristol Township woman was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant along Route 13 at 9:41 p.m. She was released to the custody of sheriff’s deputies.

Theft From Vehicle

A rim and tire was stolen from a 2006 BMW along Route 13 at 1:01 p.m.

Vandalism

Overnight, the back window on a 2016 GMC Acadia was smashed out on Parkwin Avenue.

September 20

A 35-year-old Montgomery County man was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant on Bath Road at 8 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured.

Several windows on a building on Emilie Road were broken out.

September 21

Protection From Abuse Order Violation

A 44-year-old Bristol Township woman was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Oldbrook Road at 6:29 a.m. She was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $75,000.

Forgery

A Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County man was arrested on charges of Forgery, Access Device Fraud, and Bad Checks along New Falls Road at 4:18 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $40,000.

Entry was forced into a garage along Route 13. Four motorcycles were stolen.

Retail Theft

Several items were stolen from a store along Route 13 at 2:47 p.m. The suspect walked past all points of sale. The value of the items was $30.

Overnight, a catalytic converter was stolen from a 2005 Toyota along Border Rock Road. The value of the theft was $700.
