YouTuber “Agent Sebastian” has brought his crusade to get shoppers to put their carts back in corrals to Lower Bucks County.

In a video posted Friday to his YouTube page with 407,000 subscribers and millions of video views, Agent Sebastian posted his latest effort that was filmed outside the Walmart at the Levittown Town Center in Tullytown Borough.
The video shows a shopper that Agent Sebastian alleges did not place their car back being called out. The video description gives the following overview of the video: “Possibly the greatest redemption story ever told.”
The video also shows what appears a Walmart employee and customer thanking him for his efforts to police the cart corral.

On the “Dr. Phil” TV show earlier this year, Agent Sebastian, who often tells people they have “lazybones-itis,” said he was enforcing politeness and making sure people put their carts back.
The host, Dr. Phil McGraw, who holds a doctorate in clinical psychology but hasn’t had a license to practice more than 15 years, confronted Agent Sebastian and raised the point that those he confronts haven’t committed any serious offense.

“It’s a violation of common courtesy, like littering or not picking up after your dog,” Agent Sebastian told the TV show host of his crusade.
Agent Sebastian has said he has faced threats, had food items thrown at him, and now wears a bullet-proof vest when filming his confrontations.
The videos have drawn some controversy and some have accused Agent Sebastian of harassing people and exploiting those who don’t put their carts back for profit on social media.
