Assault

A 30-year-old Bristol Township man was arrested on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment on Mintleaf Road at 9:27 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $25,000. He was released to the custody of constables.

Arrest

A 36-year-old Bristol Township woman was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant on Ford Road at 11:04 a.m. She was released to the custody of sheriff’s deputies.

Arrest

A 47-year-old homeless woman was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant on Park Avenue. She was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $40,000.

Theft

Various tools and scaffolding were stolen from an empty home on Excelsior Avenue. The value of the theft was $1,400.

At 10:15 a.m., a 1999 Mercedes-Benz was stolen from along Route 13 at 10:15 a.m.

September 1

Arrest

A 42-year-old homeless man was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant along Bath Road at 5 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $40,000.

A 31-year-old Levittown man was arrested for Retail Theft, Reckless Endangerment, Simple Assault and Harassment at a business along New Falls Road at 8:59 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.

Theft From Vehicle

Between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., a Nike backpack was stolen from a 2005 Nissan parked along Fleetwing Drive.
