The male driver of the other vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries police said.

“The preliminary accident investigation determined that a male motorist was traveling along the 800 block of Trenton Road, toward North Oxford Valley Road, without his headlights activated. He subsequently struck a vehicle which was in the process of backing into a driveway,” police said.
