A Tullytown Borough man has landed himself in county prison after an alleged altercation with police who were responding to a call from a juvenile.
Tullytown Borough officers were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Main Street at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday. They showed up a few minutes later and found a child who said her dad was having trouble, court papers stated.

The child said her dad – identified as Andrew M. Kazimer, 46 – came up to her room and laid down on her bed. She stated he was unable to get out a clear sentence, was rambling, falling asleep, and slurring his words, police said.
The child allowed officers inside the home and noticed it was a mess. Officers found open food and drinks on the floor and counters, with stains throughout the living room. There were miniature liquor bottles on a counter, police said.
Officers made their way up to Kazimer and he appeared to have just woken up. He appeared to be incoherent and stated he had been drinking, police said.

As the conversation continued, Kazimer became aggravated and asked officers to leave. He then ordered them to “get the f**k out of my house,’” police said.
An ambulance arrived and Kazimer told them he did not need medical attention. He further told the responders to leave, walking to the medics and getting in a verbal altercation, police said.

Kazimer followed a paramedic who was walking away and shoved an officer who stepped in front of him, police said.
Another officer told Kazimer to step away. When he didn’t comply and walked toward the officer in a “combative manner” while sarcastically asking if would be shocked, the officer used her Taser weapon to stun him, police said.
Kazimer tried to fight officers off of him and kept screaming: “I’m going to f**king kill you.” He also attempted to spit on an officer, police said.

Officers placed a split sleeve over Kazimer’s head, and the ambulance crew administered a medication to sedate the irate man, police said.
Kazimer was then transported to Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol Township for care, police said.

Bucks County Children and Youth were called to assist with the child at the home. The child was turned over to the custody of family, police said.
Kazimer was charged with assault of a police officer, simple assault, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. He was preliminarily arraigned by on-call District Judge Lisa Gaier and is being held on 10 percent of $350,000 bail.
