A Tullytown Borough man who couldn’t stay from a woman will end up in state prison.
Bryan Trentini, 37, of the borough’s Levittown section, was sentenced by Court of Common Pleas Judge Raymond McHugh Tuesday morning to 2.5 to five years in state prison, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

The sentence handed down at the Bucks County Justice Center followed Trentini’s April open guilty plea on charges of terroristic threats, stalking, harassment, criminal mischief, loitering and prowling at night, and theft.
Trentini previously had pleaded guilty to abusing the same woman in 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2019, according to prosecutors.
The 37-year-old man had previously been sentenced to county prison in each of the last three cases and had repeatedly violated no-contact orders against the victim, authorities said.

The woman said in a victim impact statement that she fears for her safety because Trentini has never complied previously with protection from abuse orders.
In court, a county probation officer testified Trentini failed to comply with parts of his supervision.

Due to the continued abuse, the district attorney’s office requested the judge sentence in the aggravated range, leading to Trentini’s ordered time in a state correctional institution.
The most recent arrest happened in November 2021.
Below are details on the case from authorities:

Tullytown Borough police received multiple calls from the victim between Nov. 12 and Nov. 22, 2021, reporting that Trentini had been loitering around her property, entering her home without permission, and taking items from inside and outside her home.
She said he also continuously harassed her and threatened to cause her serious bodily injury or death.ย

An active no-contact order was in place since August 2021, meaning Trentini was not allowed to have any contact with the victim. She told police he violated the order several times.
