A Falls Township who was wanted by Penndel Borough police was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service.

Douglas Wayne McIntyre, 38, of Falls Township’s Levittown section, was arrested on May 19 by federal authorities, Penndel Borough police announced this week.
According to court papers, McIntyre was wanted on a Penndel Borough warrant for an October 2021 incident. He has been charged with possession of a firearm while prohibited, theft, receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, and carrying firearms on public streets or public property in Philadelphia.
Following his arrest, Penndel Borough officers took custody of McIntyre from federal authorities.

In that case, McIntyre was released on unsecured bail.
McIntyre has a long criminal history in Bucks County, court records stated.

McIntyre has probation/parole violation hearings set for later this summer related to a 2018 Falls Township criminal trespassing case.
McIntyre has past drug-related and criminal trespassing cases out of Bristol Borough and Tullytown Borough from the early 2000s. Earlier this year, he was referred to a collection agency for fees owed on those cases.
