Justin Taylor, 40, was preliminarily arraigned before District Judge Jan Vislosky on charges of dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility. He came before the district judge last Friday and bail was set at $75,000 unsecured.
In November 2021, social media site Tumblr created three referrals for further investigation after potential images of child pornography were uploaded to a sever, according to court papers.
The Falls Township police investigation continued with assistance from the Bucks County Detectives and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Subpoenas were obtained and uncovered information that linked the account to Taylor, a resident of the township’s Fallsington section, authorities said.
In February, law enforcement officials executed a search warrant at Taylor’s home and seized several items. A cell phone and laptop computer were taken, police said.

A detective wrote in court papers Taylor told him he never looked at child porn “intentionally” and said Tumblr has a lot of “questionable” content on it. The man reportedly admitted to having several Tumblr accounts.
Taylor said he didn’t put images on Tumblr, but he may have liked them on the social media site, police said.
In March, Falls Township police received assistance from the FBI to search the seized digital items, police said.
