“Within a few days, MTPD Detectives focused on two suspects – the suspect who entered the store and committed the armed robbery with a handgun and the getaway driver who also planned the armed robbery,” police said in a statement.

Bensalem Township police had an overlapping probe and began working with Middletown Township investigators, police said.

On Monday, Timothy Allen Baker, 44, of Bensalem Township, was arrested and is accused of being the getaway driver and mastermind of the robbery, police said.

On Thursday, Middletown Township detectives and an FBI task force arrested Gerald Michael Majchrzak, 64, of Bristol Township, at a halfway house in Philadelphia without incident. He is accused of being the suspect that entered the store and committed the gunpoint robbery, police said.

In a statement, Middletown Township police said the inter-agency cooperation between Lower Bucks County departments and the FBI Bucks and Montgomery Safe Street Task Force led to the “quick clearance and apprehension of the suspects.”
