The Oxford Valley Mall is the temporary home to two traveling shows – one featuring dinosaurs and the other a “nuclear” circus.

The closed Sears store in the mall in Middletown Township is hosting Jurassic Quest, which is described as an “immersive dinosaur experience.”

The indoor experience featuring animatronic dinosaurs, a big T-Rex, and other imitation creatures began last Friday and runs through Sunday, May 15. It also features dinosaur shows, art activities, rides, and a fossil dig for kids of all ages.

The Jurassic Quest event was designed in collaboration with paleontologists to provide a level of accuracy, organizers said.

Tickets range from $19 to $36. Kids under the age of 2 are free. For more information on tickets, click here.

In a nearby parking lot at the mall, the Giant Bros Nuclear Circus will be performing 10 shows in three rings under the big tent.

The circus was spotted setting up Wednesday morning.

The circus said they have been in operation for 100 years and will bring more than “60 performers from around the world” to Middletown Township.
