Second Trooper Laid To Rest In Saturday Ceremony

The funeral for the second trooper killed along I-95 while helping a pedestrian last month was held Saturday in Montgomery County.

The funeral for Trooper Branden T. Sisca, 29, was held at Perkiomen Valley High School in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County.

Thousands of people and members of law enforcement from around the area, including Lower Bucks County, and around the country attended the services.

In addition to being a trooper, Sisca was a fire chief in Trappe Borough, Montgomery County. He is survived by his wife, who is pregnant with their first child.

The funeral for Trooper Martin โ€œMartyโ€ Mack, 33, of Bristol Borough, was held Thursday in Tullytown Borough. He was then buried in Middletown Township.
