A strong cold front will move precipitation into the region early Saturday morning and persist throughout the day.
After temperatures in the 50s and near 60-degrees, it’ll be hard for that snow to stick at the start, but some slick spots are possible on streets, sidewalks and other travel areas.

In all, though, up to about 3 inches of snow could fall in Lower Bucks County.
Over the last week, we’ve been watching this storm system as possibly Old Man Winter’s final act for the 2021-2022 winter season. In the last 36-hours, the storm’s track has shifted east slightly, bumping snowfall through the Appalachians, but also means an increase in totals in this area too.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Lower Bucks County for the possibility of this accumulating snow.

As mentioned, this snowfall is occurring after temperatures in the 50s, which means the likelihood of it accumulating on major roadways is low. However, with a shot of rain before the changeover to snow on Saturday morning means pre-treatment options are also low. Use caution throughout Saturday and even headed out early Sunday morning too.
The clear skies will slowly begin to cloud up with rain starting late Friday night, first scattered at times, then more widespread. That rain will persist until late Saturday morning to midday when the changeover to snow will occur. A short period of sleet is possible during that transition. The snow will be short-lived and the entire system will begin moving out of the area towards Saturday evening.

Behind this system for Saturday night and Sunday, winds will help scour the clouds out and breezy, albeit sunny conditions will return for Monday.
A Wind Advisory has been issued, simultaneously to the Winter Weather Advisory, for strong winds during the back half of the storm and into Sunday.
Temperatures will be near 40-degrees Sunday but bounce up to the 50s and even 60s by Tuesday next week.

The remainder of next week looks dry and warm, so whatever snow does fall won’t be sticking around.
