A motorcyclist was killed in an early Thursday morning crash in Middletown Township’s Levittown section.

The crash happened just past midnight when the motorcycle was traveling on Frosty Hollow Road, police said.
The motorcyclist lost control and the bike traveled across the greenbelt between Frosty Hollow Road and Snowball Drive. The motorcycle came to rest in the area of Snowball Drive near Scarlet Oak Road, Captain Pete Feeney said.
The motorcyclist was killed in the crash, Feeney said.

No other vehicles were involved, and it was not known at this point if alcohol played a factor in the crash, police said.
Along with police, the William Penn Fire Company and Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad were called to the scene.
