Middletown Shopping Center Sells For $23.45 Million

A Middletown Township shopping center has sold for a hefty sum.

The Langhorne Plaza shopping center in the 1500 block of East Lincoln Highway recently was sold for $23.45 million, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The property was owned by Waterstone Properties, of Needham, Massachusetts, and the new owner wasn’t reported. A search of county property records do not yet list the new owner.

The shopping center is home to a Floor and Decor location, Starbucks, AT&T, and Bob’s Discount Furniture.

The shopping center is built on 12 acres and nestle between the Langhorne Square Shopping Center and Highland Park Way.

Langhorne Plaza sits just minutes from Route 1, I-95, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It draws customers from around Lower Bucks County and is a few minutes from the New Jersey border.
