A Bristol Township man was arraigned Friday morning on dozens of new charges following his arrest in Central Bucks County earlier this week.
David Bruno Jasiulewicz, 32, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section, was arraigned Friday at 9 a.m. before District Judge Jean Seaman on forty charges, including possession of a firearm while prohibited, receiving stolen property, possession of an access device knowingly counterfeit or altered, and resisting arrest. He was held after being unable to post 10 percent of $500,000 bail.

Jasiulewicz was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Warwick Township after he was suspected of having several stolen guns taken during a northern Pennsylvania burglary. He was confronted by police and made threats against himself and officers while not complying with officers’ instructions, according to authorities.
“Our officers utilized several less lethal options to subdue this dangerous suspect, and he was successfully arrested,” police said.
Charges that were filed Tuesday were withdrawn and rolled into the new case filed Friday.

Warwick Township police said they worked with Pennsylvania State Police and searched Jasiulewicz’s car following his arrest. During the search, they found 12 stolen guns, suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia, a stolen credit card, and a driver’s license that was reported stolen.
Troopers initially told Warwick Township police Jasiulewicz was a suspect in a Tioga County burglary.

Warwick Township police, state police, Warminster Township police, and an FBI task force were involved in Jasiulewicz’s arrest.
Jasiulewicz pleaded guilty to possession of explosive and incendiary material and harassment following a 2017 Warminster Township arrest. He was sentenced to probation and ordered to get mental health treatment, attend alcoholics anonymous classes, and take part in anger management classes.
