Voting machines for two election districts in Bristol Township were delivered to the wrong location.
When voters showed up at the Bristol Township Municipal Complex Tuesday around 7 a.m., the voting machines were not there as expected.

James O’Malley, a spokesperson for the county, said the voting machines for voting districts 3-1 and 3-2, which both vote at the municipal complex, were brought to the wrong location by mistake. By 8:40 a.m., they were at the correct site and being set up.
Voters who arrived to find the machines not in place were offered the opportunity to vote by provisional ballot, O’Malley said.
The voting machines were mistakenly taken to Harry S. Truman High School, which is also a polling place, O’Malley said.

The voting machines were in secured containers.
The county contracts a hauler to move the voting machines to polling locations. The hauler and Bucks County Board of Elections staff worked to get the voting machines to the municipal complex.
