The answer: Things are looking clear for trick-or-treating on Sunday.

The National Weather Service’s regional office is calling for partly sunny skies during the day with a high near 63 degrees. For evening and night, it will be clear and temperatures will dip to 47 degrees. Winds are predicted to be 5 to 10 mph.
Over the past several days, the Delaware River has been higher than normal due to recent rains, and the river has been spilling its banks in Bristol Borough during the morning and nighttime high tides.
Overall Halloween looks likes nice. Not too cold and dry for youngsters looking to snag some candy.
