The event will feature live music, a Halloween costume parade at noon, vendors, pumpkin decorating, and local nonprofits.
The Langhorne Borough Business Association (LBBA) puts on the festival on each year.
Portions of Maple and Bellevue avenues will be closed for the event. There will also be parking restrictions and borough officials urged people to look for no parking signs.
