The National Weather Service warned in a Monday evening briefing that the storm will bring heavy rain, locally damaging winds, and spotty tidal flooding. The highest chance for flash flooding will run through Tuesday afternoon.

The Delaware River in Lower Bucks County is forecasted to see some scattered tidal flooding.

“The potential for heavy rain has increased. The possibility of gale force winds on the coastal waters is also high. However, there remains more uncertainty about the threat of damaging wind gusts and minor tidal flooding,” forecasters said.
