On Saturday, September 15, Domagala was found unresponsive in the shower area of the Doylestown Township correctional facility, officials said, confirming LevittownNow.com‘s reporting from last month.

Corrections officers found Domagala injured, and he was transported to nearby Doylestown Hospital. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital, officials said.

“Domagala came to the correctional facility Aug. 24, having been remanded in lieu of bail set at 10 percent of $10,000. He had been arrested Aug. 18 in Trenton, New Jersey, and, because of an outstanding bench warrant, was transported six days later to Bucks County. Soon after his arrival, he was set to appear at trial Sept. 22 on DUI charges from March 2013 out of Falls Township,” a statement from the county said.
