A Bristol Township man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an April 2020 double shooting that led to a police chase.
Sincere Quaneer McNeil, 20, pleaded guilty last week to two charges of attempted homicide. Prosecutors did not move forward with charges of aggravated assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, and other offenses, according to court papers.

Following his plea, McNeil was sentenced by Bucks County Judge Gary Gilman to five to 10 years in state prison. He was given credit for time served since his arrest last April and ordered to have no contact with the victims. The judge also sentenced McNeil to 10 years of probation.
McNeil fired a gun in the Winder Village neighborhood of Bristol Township around 10 p.m. on April 5, 2020 after his car was struck by another on Spruce Street at Winder Drive. Two men in the striking vehicle were shot and suffered bullet wounds to their arms, according to court papers.
McNeil told police he did not know the men.

A home was struck by gunfire from the incident. The house in the 900 block of Elmhurst Avenue struck by bullets fired by McNeil was also hit by gunfire during a 2018 double-fatal shooting.
The 2020 shooting was captured on video by police pole cameras. McNeil was spotted leaving his vehicle after the crash and firing rounds into the windshield of the striking vehicle, authorities said.

Responding officers spotted McNeil’s white Nissan Maxima fleeing the neighborhood, which led to a chase along Veterans Highway (Route 413).
The chase, which involved Bristol Township and surrounding police departments, ended with McNeil wrecking on Veterans Highway between East Lincoln Highway and Hollow Road in the Levittown section of Middletown.
McNeil ran away from the crash and was located at the nearby Team Toyota dealership. A Philadelphia Police Department helicopter and Bucks County K-9 unit were called to assist in the search.
