The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board alerted license holders Thursday that there will a two-bottles-per-day purchase limit being placed on some products started Friday.

The Associated Press reported that the rationing of some 43 products – ranging from Dom Perignon Champagne Brut to Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Black Label Tennessee Whiskey – is for customers at Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores and license holders like restaurants and bars.

The rationing is due to supply chain issues and product shortages, according to abc27 in Harrisburg.

The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association alerted members of the rationing Thursday.

The organization said “supply and labor issues are not helping with recovery” from the pandemic, the Associated Press reported.
