Work On Clearing Site For New Wawa Underway

Bristol Township’s newest Wawa will be under construction soon.

Crews have been clearing multiple structures, including the former Magic Touch Car Wash, a carpet showroom, a vehicle repair shop, and Christine’s Twistee Treat, to make way for the 5,000-square-foot convenience store on Cinder Lane between Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Emilie Road in Bristol Township’s Levittown section.

The location where Wawa is being constructed is about 1,500 feet from the Wawa at New Falls Road and Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and about 4,000 feet from the location on Emilie Road. Both locations are older Wawa designs and do not have gas pumps, a common feature at newer Wawa locations.

Wawa is currently building locations on East Lincoln Highway in Middletown Township and on Levittown Parkway in Tullytown Borough.
