Members of law enforcement descended upon a Falls Township apartment complex Wednesday morning.

Nelson Whitney, the Falls Township police chief, said the commotion was for a warrant service.

Members from the U.S. Marshals Service’s New Jersey task force with weapons out were at the Village of Pennbrook complex on Mill Creek Road to arrest Nayshawn Myles, 21, of Hamilton, New Jersey, according to authorities.

Myles was wanted by Mercer County, New Jersey authorities for aggravated assault, said Rob Clark, a supervisory deputy U.S. Marshal.

Myles was arraigned at 11 a.m. by District Judge Jan Vislosky on a fugitive of justice charge while he awaits extradition to New Jersey. Bail was set at 10 percent of $350,000.
