A 37-year-old Birmingham, Alabama man was arrested on an Alabama bench warrant on Route 13 at 3:06 a.m. He was arraigned before a district judge and bail was set at $25,000 cash. He was released to constables.

Stolen Vehicle

Between 1:42 a.m. to 1:56 a.m., a 2020 Yamaha motorcycle was stolen from along Old Rodgers Road.

Recently, a catalytic converter was taken from a 2003 Ford EC1 work truck on Emilie Road.ย  The estimated value is $600.
