The shooting allegedly happened on October 18, 2020 in Bristol Township’s Bloomsdale-Fleetwing section and a warrant for Hall’s arrest was filed a few weeks later. He was not arrested until late May and he was in court Wednesday.

Hall is accused of shooting at a man who was in his Buick near the corner of Mitchell Road and Fleetwing Drive in Bristol Township on October 18, 2020, police said.

The man who was shot at knew Hall, according to information in court papers.

The man who was fired upon told investigators he heard Hall yell “yo!” before opening fire. He recalled leaning over as bullets penetrated his vehicle’s passenger compartment, police said.

“[The man] counted six separate gunshots fired at him as he was inside his Buick …. he thought that he was going to be killed as bullets hit the vehicle,” a detective wrote in court papers.

The man in the Buick rushed out of the neighborhood once Hall stopped shooting and went to his home, calling police from there, court papers stated.

Police said they have video from the Bloomsdale-Fleetwing neighborhood camera system that shows what appears to be the shooting and moments leading up to it.

Hall’s son 21-year-old Tevon Moore-Hall, a resident of Bristol Township, died after being shot in the 1700 block of West Glenwood Avenue of Philadelphia last June. City police have not solved that murder, per their website.

Police said before the October 2020 shooting in Bristol Township, Hall had posted videos to social media that he was angry about his son’s death and he would avenge it.
