During the closure, Route 1 northbound drivers will be directed to use the I-295 eastbound interchange, the Route 1 south interchange, and the I-295 west interchange.

The bridge rehabilitation falls under a $6.5 million contract PennDOT has with Loftus Construction Inc. of Cinnaminson, New Jersey to work on seven bridges in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

On Tuesday, July 20, PennDOT will perform work from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. for line restriping on the Route 1 north ramp to I-295 east, the I-295 east to Route 1 south ramp, and the Route 1 south ramp to I-295 west ramp.
