A quick-moving but intense storm hit the Levittown area Thursday evening.
Rain, lightning and thunder, strong gusts of wind, and even small hail were reported just before 5:30 p.m. in the area during the storm that triggered a Tornado Warning.

In the end, no tornado was reported to have touched down.
Local fire companies responded to a number of downed wires calls in Levittown.
The area had just over 2,200 PECO customers without service as of 5:55 p.m. The outages were spread throughout the area, including Bristol Township and Langhorne Manor Borough, according to PECO.

SEPTA said the West Trenton Line was impacted for a few minutes due to downed trees in the area of the track in Middletown Township.
Some flooding was reported on Route 1 southbound near Route 13 in Falls Township. A PennDOT truck was on the scene as of 5:45 p.m.

A LevittownNow.com reader reported a small burst of hail in the Morrisville section of Falls Township.
Residents in the Tornado Warning zone received an emergency message on their cell phones that told them to take shelter and watch for flying debris.
