A man is accused of pulling a firearm in the drive-thru lane of a Wendy’s in Falls Township.
Township police were called to the Wendy’s in Pennsbury Plaza in the Morrisville section of the municipality for a report of a motorist dispute in which a firearm was displayed on Saturday, June 19.

The reported victim said there was a verbal argument in the drive-thru lane of the fast food joint. During the argument, Hector Jesus Ginorio, 23, of Morrisville, got out of his vehicle and held a firearm, trying to get the other person out of their vehicle, police said.
The reported victim was in their vehicle with children, police said.
Using a vehicle description, officers found Ginorio at his home, police said.

Officers reported being able to confirm Ginorio as the person who pulled the firearm, police said.
Ginorio was charged last week with terroristic threats, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, reckless endangerment, and related offenses. He was charged via summons.
