Possession Of A Controlled Substance

Shortly after midnight, police were at the Red Roof Inn Cabot Boulevard for an unrelated call when officers observed an occupied vehicle illegally parked. The officers observed two males slumped over the seats in the vehicle. Officers eventually made contact with the two occupants – a 42-year-old man and a 51-year-old man – who were found to be in possession of narcotics.

Harassment
Police received a report regarding nonstop harassing phone calls and text messages that were sent to a former girlfriend of a 50-year-old man. Police contacted the man and advised him to stop contacting the victim. He continued with the phone calls and texts and was subsequently charged with harassment and arrested. The man was arranged by a district judge and released on bail conditions and not to have contact with the victim, the victims family, or work or home.

Arrest
While on patrol in the morning, an officer observed an erratic driver in the area of Allendale Road and Independence Drive. After stopping the vehicle, the driver, a 31-year-old man, was found to be under the influence and was charged with DUI and possession.
DUI

Police received a call for an unwanted female at Serenity Estates. Officers identified the 43-year-old woman and took her into custody for outstanding warrant. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriffs Office. She was also found in possession of paraphernalia.
Retail Theft

A person stole form the Home Depot on Commerce Boulevard. They fled before officers arrived, but their identity is known.
Theft From Vehicle

A catalytic converter was stolen from an employee’s vehicle at Jefferson Bucks Hospital.
