A Bristol Borough native is now leading the community’s public high school.
Nick Nastasi was hired earlier this spring to take the principal job at Bristol Borough High School on Wilson Avenue.

Nastasi started late last month.
Previously, Kelli Rosato acted as the principal for both Snyder-Girotti Elementary School and the high school.
“I am just excited to be a part of the team here,” Nastasi said during the recent school board meeting.

“We know he’s going to do a good job because his heart his here in Bristol,” School Board President David Chichilitti said.
Nastasi, who up until recently worked as a teacher with the Bucks County Intermediate Unit, said he had been working with the administration leading up to the transition.

He commended the “outstanding administration team they already have established here.”
The school district started searching for a principal solely for the high school a little more than a year ago. With COVID-19, the search was slowed and five finalists were selected. A committee settled on Nastasi and one other candidate. The other candidate dropped out for personal reasons and the school board offered Nastasi the job.
