Interference With Custody Of Children

A 26-year-old Bass, North Carolina man was arrested for interference with custody of children in the 400 block of Beaver Street at 10:58 a.m. He was arraigned and released on $40,000 unsecured bail with no contact order.

Terroristic Threats

A 52-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested in the 1200 block of Route 13 at 3 p.m. for a March 16 incident. He was charged with terrorist threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and disorderly conduct.

A green 2010 Hyundai Accent was stolen from the Mill Street Parking Lot. The vehicle was later recovered in Tullytown Borough.

Theft

A red and black 3.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine with bag was stolen from Radcliffe Street.

Stolen Vehicle

A red 2006 Ford E-250 van with Pennsylvania license plate ZMK-8529 was stolen from the 700 block of Canal Street at 11:15 a.m.

April 22

Criminal Mischief

A 23-year-old Bristol Borough man was cited for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at Lafayette and Wood streets at 10:11 a.m.

April 23

Criminal Mischief

Several juveniles threw rocks at the business and at vehicles inside a work yard, breaking rear window to a van, in the 700 block of Canal Street at 12:50 p.m. Juveniles have been identified and charges are pending.

April 25

Theft From Vehicle

Tools and equipment stolen from work vehicle in the 500 block of Lafayette Street overnight. The tools were valued at $3,000.
