A car was destroyed in a crash late Friday night in Bristol Township’s Levittown section.
Crews were called to Appletree Drive around 11:43 p.m. near Red Cedar Turn for reports of the crash.

Police were quickly on scene. They pulled the driver out and put out a small fire in the engine compartment, Levittown Fire Company No. 2 Chief Chris Shortt said.
The car was destroyed after it struck a tree. Images showed the severe damage.
The condition of the driver was not immediately known.
