A single-vehicle crash closed West Lincoln Highway in Penndel Borough midday Thursday.
The crash happened around 11:10 a.m. at West Lincoln Highway and Glen Avenue.

The vehicle sheared a utility pole and also struck a parked car, Penndel Borough police Chief Sean Perry said.
No serious injuries were reported.
West Licoln Highway was expected to be closed between Neshaminy Street and Hulmeville Avenue for some time as crews repaired the pole.

Perry said the crash was caused by the wet weather conditions and speed.
