Bristol Township police were called to the Lavana Falls Apartments on Marion Avenue in Levittown last Tuesday evening for a report of a loud dispute. The caller said a woman she knew walked into her home. Dispatchers reported hearing screaming in the background, according to court papers.
Officers arrived and found the parties involved.
The resident of the apartment told authorities the woman she knew – a 47-year-old woman – came into her residence without permission and just “jumped on her,” police said.

The apartment resident, who is pregnant, said the 47-year-old woman kicked her in the stomach and punched her. She also said the 47-year-old woman was pulling her hair and beating her up, according to police.
The woman told an officer she tried to fight back against the 47-year-old woman as the defendant was yelling at her and telling her to “die,” police said.

“[The 47-year-old woman] is a proud grandmother, a special education teacher, and foster parent. She has no criminal record. The public should pause in judgment given the lies in the allegations and her history of being a lawful citizen. We will fight these lies in court and she will be exonerated. Mark my words,” said attorney Paul Lang, who is representing the 47-year-old woman.
The 47-year-old woman was arraigned on charges of burglary, simple assault, and harassment. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
