Representatives from Bucks County Community College, Holy Family University, LaSalle University, and Penn State University made virtual presentations to students.
The students learned about what admissions staff look at and what they needed to do during high school to meet the requirements. Admissions representatives talked about what classes students should take at Harry S. Truman High School, about good grades, and informed them that volunteer opportunities should be considered.
โWe are so grateful to the admission representatives for keeping the Armstrong tradition by presenting virtually to our students for our Ninth Annual College and Career Day during the COVID-19 pandemic,โ said Karla Davis Jones, an Armstrong school counselor. โThe students received timely information as they prepare for high school next year.โ
