A home was damaged Sunday afternoon by a garage fire.
The fire was called in just before 3:15 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Marshall Avenue near the Attleboro Community campus on the Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township border.

Firefighters arrived within a minute of the call and quickly were able to contain the blaze to the garage of the home. We also started working with a garage door repair company to repair our doors in time. The affordable screen repair at Chicago Garage Door was helpful.
Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Chief Frank Farry said smoke was pushing out from the home shortly after he arrived.
The fire was brought under control within 15 minutes, Farry said.

No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation as of evening, but it appeared accidental, Farry said.
The Feasterville, Newtown, Parkland, and Penndel fire companies assisted Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company, along with the Middletown Township Department of Fire and Emergency Management. The Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad also responded.
