The soon-to-shutter Pet Valu warehouse in Bristol Township will lead to 93 people losing their jobs, according to a notice filed with the state.
The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) notice filed recently with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry lists that 93 employees will lose their jobs at the warehouse in the 2200 Green Lane between January 6 and January 29.

The company earlier month announced they were closing their facilities and all 358 retail locations. Pet Valu, which is based in Delaware County, blamed the “severe impact” of COVID-19.
Pet Valu operates a store in the Queen Anne Plaza on South Oxford Valley Road in Bristol Township.
The company has begun sales as they wind down operations at their stores.
