On Wednesday around 8:10 p.m., Bristol Borough police officers stopped a white 2018 Honda Accord with New York plates in the 400 block of Green Lane.
“As a result of said car stop, [Deivy Rafael Soriano Cruz] was found to be in possession of approximately two pounds of crystal methamphetamine with the intent to deliver to another person,” Bucks County Detectives wrote in an affidavit of probable cause.
The meth was found in a paper bag on the floor behind the driver’s seat. One package was wrapped in black duct tape and another was wrapped with silver duct tape, both contained smaller bags of meth, detectives said.
